At Continental Sausage, we’ve been quietly perfecting the art of European deli meats for over 50 years in South Surrey, BC. What began as a commitment to traditional craftsmanship has grown into a proudly local operation that supports over 45 employees and their families, along with Fraser Valley farmers who supply us with the high-quality ingredients we rely on.

Every product we make is rooted in heritage and precision. Two German master sausage makers—our Meisters—oversee our time-honoured recipes and artisanal processes to ensure each batch is fresh, authentic, and handmade. Our sausages and deli meats are always produced in small batches with care and integrity.

Locally Made, BC Exclusive

Since 2017, we’ve operated out of a modern, state-of-the-art facility designed to support our traditional smoking, curing, and cooking methods while meeting the highest food safety standards.

We’re proud to be exclusive to British Columbia, with our products featured in local delicatessens, butcher shops, and restaurants that share our values of quality and community.
